Michael Simons has spent his career producing events at scale, with a network of premium partners across venues, catering, and production that allows an idea to move from concept to execution without friction. His focus is on the infrastructure that lets a design be fully realized on the night itself.
Raffaele Castaldo trained as a Scenic Designer at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts before bringing that discipline to large-scale event work. He continues to teach technical theatre and mentor emerging designers, and approaches each production, whether a stage or a ballroom, with the same structural rigor.
